Today was the day to clean up some of the leaves in the yard. This job would be impossible without a good mower. The John Deere does a good job but it still takes a full day to do the entire yard right.
This was always one of my favorite songs. I can never know how much movies influenced my view of the world and of morality, but I suspect it is a great deal.

I got the generator back from the repair shop today. Now to hook it up and pray for the best. It will be so great to have the Oliver 770 back online again.
So the plant that I went to for training on the Toyota Production System is in danger of closing. I spent a very valuable two week period in this plant in the late 90’s. Now, it seems, the plant is no longer needed.
